Be prepared to choose your husband. Other women and men will get envious of your relationship if you are too happy. Yes, really, most people don't like to see the happy couple with no problems. We have the same problems everyone else has: kids, money, in-laws. However, we choose to deal with those things in private between the two of us.
If you are not moving together as one, you will end up as two. You may lose friends because of your alliance to your husband, but it's worth it. You would have lost those friends anyway.
