Wordless Wednesdays

Hands down, the best concert we've ever attended.  No set design.  No background singers.  No band.  No dancers.  Just Garth, his acoustic guitar and a concert performance that ranks somewhere around "brilliant."  Keith held my hand the entire time and I could not have asked for a more wonderful night.  It just doesn't get any better than this.

Question: What is your favorite concert memory?

Until tomorrow...make it a great day!

He is pretty awesome, Paula! Have you seen Garth live in concert before? It's quite a site to behold.

I'm sure that was such a wonderful night! I love when my husband holds my hand all the time =)... My favorite concert memory probably is when I was attending a youth conference just for one night to help chaperone at another church(my parents were the youth pastors). And the worship was done, and they were announcing their next band .. LEELAND!! I LOVE Leedland and everything they stand for. So I was just so shocked I repeatedly kept saying "Its Leeland! Its Leeland!" It was an awesome moment.

@Fawn - No, I have not seen Garth but would love to! I missed the opportunity last year when he did the benefit concerts here in Nashville for the devestating floods we experienced in 2010. Maybe the Husband and I need to plan a Vegas trip!

No big concerts for us yet, but a great mini concert memory was when my hubby and I danced and laughed more than the youth at a raggae youth event with Dominic Balli.

Just a quick note - My hubby and I read your post last night and had a very intimate conversation. I laugh now because I sooo wanted to comment on the post but it was one of those key times that my hubby wanted to be heard. Thanks for the great topic and for helping our marriage on it's journey to healing. Till tomorrow my friend

Seeing Adele is my favorite concert moment. I don't attend many concerts, but i HAD to go see her. She was amazing.

This is one of the reasons i love living in Nashville....music is everywhere here.

I am jealous that you got to see Garth.....i've always wanted to see him!!

So jealous! I'm going to take your advice and sign-up for the pre-sale notices. My favorite concert memory was at a Tim McGraw concert and I remember not being able to see him. The nice lady said next to me he's right next to you. When I saw him standing next to me I started to cry out of shock of the moment. Really, it's embarrassing now that I think about it.
