Don't Be Afraid
Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 5:02PM Quick Tip by Diana Metz, Married 28 Years
Don't be afraid to be wrong. We're all bound to be wrong on a regular basis. In a good relationship admitting our flaws or ignorance shouldn't be frightening. No one should be keeping score, this isn't a contest. This also sets a good example for your husband and children.

Yes! Saying, "I'm wrong" is the fastest way to defuse a tense situation. Pride is the thing that keeps us from admitting we are wrong but remember Pride is a very cold bed fellow.
